Job Description
As a Radiographer, you will engage in daily operations that involve planning and managing imaging services while ensuring compliance with safety policies. You will work closely with patients and staff to maintain high standards of care and contribute to the overall mission of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and carry out duties in line with the hospital's vision and mission.
- Plan, develop, and manage imaging services.
- Ensure compliance with radiation protection safety policies.
- Maintain standard of care and good rapport with patients and families.
- Participate in the orientation of new staff members.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor equipment and maintain adequate supplies.
- Participate in safety and quality improvement activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Radiography or related field.
Valid professional certification as a Radiographer.
Experience in diagnostic imaging services preferred.
Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
