Role Summary
The Record to Report Ops Analyst (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for overseeing the daily Record to Report (RTR) operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Job Description
In this position, you will manage daily RTR operations, including intercompany reconciliation, analysis, and reporting activities. You will also review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, manage the month-end closing process, and facilitate operational change requests and issue resolution with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Record to Report operations.
- Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage the month-end closing process and reporting timelines.
- Facilitate operational change requests and issue resolution with clients.
- Drive continuous improvement projects within the RTR function.
- Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures.
- Support ERP and technology initiatives related to accounting processes.
Job Requirements
Fluency in Japanese.
Strong understanding of Record to Report (RTR) processes and operations.
Experience with journal entry review and balance sheet reconciliations.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to enforce policies.
Effective communication skills for escalation and client interaction.
