Job Description
The Record to Report Ops Analyst (Korean Speaking) engages in daily supervision of RTR operations, focusing on intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various teams to facilitate operational improvements and ensure compliance with established policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily RTR operation processes including intercompany transactions.
- Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
- Facilitate operational change requests to enhance efficiency.
- Manage the month-end closing process to ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Act as an escalation point for service-related issues.
- Support ERP implementations and standardization efforts to optimize productivity.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience in operations management, particularly in SLA management.
Proficiency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage unstructured issues.
Experience in project management and team development.
Knowledge of quality assurance and performance monitoring.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
