Job Description
As a Record to Report Ops Analyst, you will engage in daily tasks that involve processing financial data and collaborating with different finance units. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process general ledger journals and perform reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Act as a liaison between Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Treasury teams.
- Communicate directly with country finance units to resolve issues.
- Maintain high quality through SLA management and adherence to standard work instructions.
- Proactively solve complex balance sheet issues.
- Support team development and participate in process innovation.
- Deliver high-value financial insights to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically in R2R (Fresh graduates welcome).
Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is highly preferred.
