Record to Report Ops Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) at Accenture Malaysia - Selangor

The Record to Report Ops Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for managing the month-end closing process and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Record to Report process through collaboration and continuous improvement activities.

In this position, you will manage the month-end closing process, including posting journals and preparing inter-company cross charges. You will work closely with regional shared services leadership and various finance teams to ensure compliance and support ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end closing process, including posting journals and preparing inter-company cross charges.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and control the period-end close process.
• Provide variance explanations and support ERP standardizations and improvements.
• Collaborate with regional shared services leadership to expand the RTR team.
• Oversee accounting issues and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Liaise with various finance teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury.
• Ensure compliance with process documentation and performance requirements.
