You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored guidance, and support them in optimizing their recruiting processes and strategies.
Over 8 years of experience in customer success or value advisory roles
Strong background in recruiting or HCM cloud solutions
In-depth knowledge of recruiting processes and operating models
Proven ability to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
Experience in solution architecture or business architecture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide actionable insights
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
