Role Summary
The Region R2R Functional Consultant 2 is responsible for supporting the rollout of a global SAP S/4HANA template across the ASEAN and Middle East regions. This role involves collaborating with senior client stakeholders to implement core finance processes while ensuring compliance with local business and regulatory requirements.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include working closely with clients to understand their finance needs and providing expert guidance on SAP Finance modules. You will be part of a dynamic team that drives the successful implementation of finance solutions across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of the SAP S/4HANA template across regions.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to identify and analyze business needs.
- Perform gap analysis to align global designs with local requirements.
- Assist in the realization phase of projects, ensuring effective implementation.
- Support testing and training activities for end-users.
- Contribute to post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Strong functional expertise in SAP Finance modules such as General Ledger, Asset Management, Tax, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior client business and IT leads.
Experience in aligning global system designs with local business needs and regional financial regulations.
Skill in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
Capability to support various project phases including blueprinting and cutover.
