The Regional Assistant Manager, Research & Development (New Product Development) is responsible for leading new product development initiatives from ideation to commercialization. Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the R&D team, driving product development projects and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful product launches. You will also manage technical troubleshooting and mentor team members to foster a productive work environment.
