7-10 years experience in freight forwarding industry.
Experience in business development marketing freight forwarding products.
Pricing and solutioning experience across carriers or consolidators.
Operational experience managing full shipment journey.
Strong Excel / Google suite / data management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
Stakeholder management skills.
Proven customer success and strong retention ability.
Knowledge of CRM and FMS essential.
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
