In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Malaysia Ninja Freight business unit, utilizing market insights and data analytics to inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with various teams to drive sales and ensure effective account management, all while maintaining accurate CRM data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Malaysia Ninja Freight business unit with full commercial accountability.
- Drive client acquisition and retention strategies across Malaysia.
- Utilize market insights and data analytics to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate on regional cross-border deals to enhance service offerings.
- Ensure accurate management of CRM data for effective decision-making.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
7-10 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
