Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and enhance product offerings.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the chemical industry
Strong understanding of polyurethane additives and their applications
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within the region as needed
