Job Description
In this position, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to create high-performing teams and a sustainable talent strategy aligned with regional growth. Your day-to-day work will focus on driving organizational initiatives that foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead talent reviews and performance enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to develop high-performing teams.
- Drive culture development initiatives across the region.
- Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities across different geographies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
8-12 years in OD, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR strategy roles
Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG or fast-growth multi-country business
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
