
The Regional Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing payroll processing for multiple countries within Schneider Electric. This role ensures payroll accuracy and compliance while contributing to the efficiency of payroll activities across the region.
In this role, you will handle day-to-day payroll processing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution in a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and participate in automation projects to enhance payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 2 years of payroll experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Mathematics, Accounting or relevant discipline.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
Independent, organized, and time-conscious.
