Job Description
The Regional Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing payroll processing for multiple countries within Schneider Electric. This role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance with income tax and statutory regulations, and timely execution of payroll activities. The specialist processes payroll using payroll systems, reviews payroll calculations and reconciliations, prepares required reports, maintains payroll documentation, updates HR information systems, participates in automation projects, and manages stakeholder communications.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of payroll experience.
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Mathematics, Accounting or other relevant discipline.
Strong numerical & analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel at Intermediate level.
Independent, organized, and time conscious.
