The Regional Payroll Specialist at Schneider Electric is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing across multiple Asian markets including Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Mongolia. The role focuses on ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with statutory regulations and company policies, and continuous improvement in payroll processes.
Job Requirements
Min 2 years of payroll experience.
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resource, Mathematics, Accounting or other relevant discipline.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Independent, organized, and time conscious.
A team player with a growth mindset and appetite to learn.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel at Intermediate level.
Able to read Traditional Mandarin will be an added advantage to support Taiwans payroll.
