Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent
5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing
Proven skills in distributor management and sales execution
Strong negotiation and people skills
Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
Ability to analyze sales data and recommend changes
Experience in budget management and promotional activities
