Job Description

Responsibilities also include forecasting sales, managing inventory, training distributor sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities while maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent

5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing

Proven skills in distributor management and sales execution

Strong negotiation and people skills

Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus

Ability to analyze sales data and recommend changes

Experience in budget management and promotional activities
