Job Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficient in requirement mapping and project tracking software
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with AI tools and trends
Ability to conduct process mapping and gap analysis
Experience in vendor management and validation
Professional certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are advantageous
