Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, or related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or CRM roles
Proficiency in CRM & CDP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of conversion attributions and app events
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
