Role Summary
The Regional Senior Executive, Project (International Expansion) is responsible for supporting the execution of international expansion initiatives. In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve assessing departmental readiness and resolving issues to facilitate international expansion. You will also provide updates and capture learnings for future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of international expansion initiatives from launch to stabilization.
- Translate strategic directions into actionable plans.
- Assess departmental readiness for project implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Resolve issues that arise during project execution.
- Provide regular updates on project progress.

Job Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in project execution, program delivery, consulting implementation, operations, or PMO roles.
Experience in F&B, retail, or consumer-facing businesses; exposure to high-growth environments preferred.
Strong execution discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
High sense of ownership and resilience under pressure.
Ability to influence and drive outcomes with clear communication.
