Job Description
In this role, you will review and analyze transactions on a daily basis to ensure they comply with relevant sanctions laws. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a global team to address compliance issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze transactions for regulatory compliance.
- Identify transactions involving sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals.
- Determine whether transactions are prohibited based on established regulations.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Escalate potential sanctions issues to legal for further investigation.
- Clear transactions following established procedures.
- Conduct external research to support decision-making.
- Maintain quality and turnaround time standards.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Focus on continuous process improvement and team engagement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge of sanctions laws and regulations.
Experience in regulatory compliance or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including 18/7 shifts with rotational week offs.
