As a Restaurant Manager, you will ensure that guests' needs are met through efficient service while leading a team with professionalism. Responsibilities include addressing guest complaints, supervising food and beverage service, and adhering to company SOPs. You will also handle monthly paperwork and execute additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong initiative and leadership skills.
