As a Retail Executive for WonderLab, you will oversee daily store operations and field management across assigned key accounts like R Pharmacy and SOGO. You will manage promoter schedules, ensure visual merchandising compliance, and execute retail campaigns. Your role involves tracking sales performance, coordinating with retail partners for stock replenishment, and providing actionable insights to improve in-store conversion and brand visibility.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
1 to 3 years of experience in retail operations or field merchandising.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and communication tools like WhatsApp or Telegram.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
Passionate about the beauty industry and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Ability to travel frequently within Klang Valley and occasionally across Malaysia.
