Job Description
In this role, you will engage in various core banking projects, including transformation, upgrades, and migrations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will leverage your expertise in Temenos T24 and related systems to deliver effective solutions that meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projects.
- Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments.
- Align solutions with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
- Support test case creation, coordination, and defect management.
- Assist in data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support.
Job Requirements
Experience working on consulting projects related to Temenos T24.
Knowledge of the complete value chain within a specific business domain.
Hands-on experience with core banking platforms, especially Temenos.
Familiarity with Avaloq, Finacle, Flexcube, or proprietary systems is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Basic technical understanding of data models, APIs, and system integration.
