This role involves collaborating with clients across various industries to enhance Change Management, HR Transformation, and Learning & Instructional Design initiatives.
Job Description
As a Talent & Organization Learning & Instructional Design professional in the S&C Global Network, you will engage in a dynamic work environment focused on creating effective learning solutions. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with clients and internal teams throughout the design, development, and delivery phases of learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative learning strategies to support workforce transformation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design effective learning solutions.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Create and review training curriculum and materials to ensure quality and relevance.
- Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for learning solutions.
- Coach and provide feedback to instructional designers and content developers.
- Implement new and innovative learning strategies to enhance training effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of instructional design, research, and content analysis.
Familiarity with industry-standard design and rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia.
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and developing training curriculum.
