Job Description
As a Talent & Organization Learning & Instructional Design professional in the S&C Global Network, you will help clients across various industries with Change Management, HR Transformation, and Learning & Instructional Design. You will develop innovative learning strategies and solutions to support creating the workforce of the future, collaborating with clients and internal teams throughout design, development, and delivery phases.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of instructional design, research, and content analysis.
Familiarity with industry-standard design and rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe.
Ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective learning solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to work in a global, problem-solving environment with cross-cultural competence.
Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and developing training curriculum.
Capability to design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for learning solutions.
Skill to review training deliverables to ensure quality according to project and industry standards.
Ability to coach and provide feedback to instructional designers and content developers.
Competence in identifying and implementing new and innovative learning strategies.
