Job Description
As a Change Management Consulting Analyst at S&C Global Network, you will design and implement transformational solutions to drive business value for clients. You will apply operational excellence and change management skills to help clients navigate market demands, optimize business processes, and leverage talent. Your role includes supporting Change Management leads in creating change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and designing change initiatives, communications, and training programs.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Ability to conduct change impact and stakeholder analysis.
Experience with designing change management initiatives and driving change adoption.
Knowledge of new generation change management tools and techniques, including analytics and behavioral change tools.
Skill in developing stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Capability to define metrics and measure business adoption and benefits realization.
Effective communication skills to accurately convey key messages to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with client leadership to align on messages and behavior shifts.
