Job Description
As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional in the Change Management consulting area, you will engage with clients daily, applying your expertise to drive effective change initiatives. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with international teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop learning strategies to support organizational change.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change management needs.
- Design and implement change management strategies.
- Analyze organizational analytics to inform decision-making.
- Support HR transformation initiatives and system implementations.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in change management or organizational development.
Familiarity with HR transformation systems such as Oracle, Success Factors, and Workday.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in international teams.
