As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional in the Change Management consulting area, you will support clients from diverse industries by developing learning strategies and facilitating organizational change. Your role involves helping clients manage transitions and build the workforce of the future by applying your expertise in change management, learning design, organizational analytics, and HR transformation.
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and clients.
Ability to work collaboratively in international and dynamic teams.
Experience or willingness to develop skills in change management strategies and business transformation.
Capability to support learning design and organizational development initiatives.
Adaptability to support travel and work globally with clients.
Basic leadership skills for coaching and mentoring team members.
Familiarity or interest in HR transformation and related systems implementations such as Oracle, Success Factors, and Workday.
