Job Description
As a Talent & Organization professional within the S&C Global Network, this role focuses on Learning & Instructional Design. The manager will work with clients across various industries to develop learning strategies and solutions that address business challenges and help create the workforce of the future. Collaboration with client teams to understand problems and work through design, development, and delivery phases is a key aspect of this position. The manager will conduct training needs analysis, develop training curricula, design learning solution standards and templates, and collaborate with stakeholders on training deliverables. They will also ensure quality standards, identify risks, coach instructional designers, provide feedback, and integrate innovative learning strategies. Proficiency in instructional design tools and cross-cultural problem-solving skills are important for this role.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in instructional design, research, and content analysis.
Strong knowledge of industry standard design and rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe.
Ability to work in a global, problem-solving environment with cross-cultural competence.
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and client stakeholders.
Experience in conducting training needs analysis and developing training curricula.
Capability to design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for learning solutions.
Skills in reviewing and ensuring quality of training deliverables.
Competence in coaching instructional designers and content developers.
Ability to identify risks and discuss mitigation solutions.
