The Management Consulting Manager (Talent & Organization - Learning & Instructional Design) is responsible for developing learning strategies and solutions that address business challenges. This role involves collaboration with clients across various industries to create the workforce of the future through effective learning and instructional design.

In this role, the manager will engage with client teams to understand their challenges and guide them through the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions. The position requires a proactive approach to conducting training needs analysis and ensuring the quality of training deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning gaps.
• Develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to client needs.
• Design learning solution standards and templates for consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on training deliverables.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all training materials.
• Identify risks associated with training initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coach instructional designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
