Role Summary
The S&C GN | SC&O Practice – Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) is responsible for leading and optimizing supply chain planning platforms. This role impacts clients by enhancing their planning strategies and performance outcomes across various industries, particularly in Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day management of supply chain planning platforms, collaborating with clients to improve their planning processes. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and configuration of supply chain planning solutions.
- Optimize existing planning platforms to enhance client performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize solutions.
- Participate in project phases including analysis, design, and testing.
- Develop documentation and training materials for users.
- Support governance and KPI definition for intelligent enterprise initiatives.
- Manage solution mobilization and transformation programs.
Job Requirements
Experience with supply chain planning platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, or RELEX.
Understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
Ability to work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Experience in leading project phases from analysis to post-go-live support.
Strong skills in process strategy and reengineering.
