Responsibilities include providing customer experience solutions using Google Customer Engagement Suite products, driving design thinking workshops for Gen AI implementation strategy, performing CX management capability assessments, collaborating with clients and technical teams, and participating in pre-sales and practice-specific initiatives.
Strong record of accomplishment in designing and delivering Google CES solutions and platforms.
Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple geographic areas with varying priorities and requirements.
Ability to work on high-paced and complex projects while understanding industry-specific customer service processes, operations, and functional needs.
Thorough understanding of the CES Framework and its integration with internal and external components.
Ability to provide CX solutions using Google CES/Customer Engagement Suite products.
Experience driving design thinking workshops and shaping Gen AI implementation strategies.
Capacity to perform CX management capability assessments and co-create roadmap paths with clients.
Skill in collaborating with cross-functional client teams and technical Google developers.
Experience working with agile delivery processes and continuous improvement.
Ability to engage in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, proofs of concept, and presentations.
