
The Marketing Transformation Consultant – Digital Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, and launching digital media strategies and campaigns. This role involves monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and conducting vendor audits and assessments within the digital advertising space.
The role of Marketing Transformation Consultant – Digital Marketing involves working within a team that integrates creativity, innovation, and technology to deliver marketing transformation services. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this position includes planning, developing, and launching digital media strategies and campaigns, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and conducting vendor audits and assessments. The consultant will also be involved in business development and thought leadership in the digital advertising space.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, call out potential issues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns effectively.
Expertise in using programmatic advertising platforms such as demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and data management platforms (DMPs), with a willingness to learn new platforms as required.
Expertise in using Google Platforms such as Google Ads and Google Shoppable Ads and Meta to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
Understanding in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns.
Skilled in leveraging advanced features like audience targeting, automated bidding strategies, and performance tracking to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and successful campaign implementation.
Ability to develop business cases for marketing use cases and solutions, including gathering business requirements and designing processes and solutions for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions.
Knowledge of building and leveraging audience segments using first-party, second-party, and third-party data.
Familiarity with measuring campaign success through KPIs such as Viewability, Reach & Frequency, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPA, and attribution models.
