Role Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and solutions for medical devices. This role involves direct interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in routine medical device checks and troubleshooting at various sites, assisting in resolving application-related device breakdowns. You will also provide user refresher training and support key accounts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine medical device checks and troubleshooting on-site.
- Assist in resolving device breakdowns related to application issues.
- Provide user refresher training as needed.
- Support key accounts to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory forecasts to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or with one year of working experience.
Multi-lingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese) is an added advantage.
Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
Responsive, self-motivated, committed, and sales-driven.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Based in the northern area of Peninsular Malaysia.
