Job Description
This Sales Engineer role involves providing routine medical device checking and troubleshooting on sites, assisting in resolving device breakdowns related to application issues, providing user refresher training as needed, supporting key accounts to maintain customer satisfaction, and managing inventory forecasts to ensure smooth operations. Job Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or with one year working experience.
Multi-lingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese) will be added advantage.
Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
Responsive, self-motivated, committed and sales driven.
Posses own transport and willing to travel.
This position will be based at northern area Peninsular Malaysia.
