Job Description
In this role, the Senior Product Specialist will engage in daily interactions with clients and stakeholders to drive business objectives. The work environment is dynamic, requiring proactive strategies to meet portfolio targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and develop new accounts within the assigned market.
- Drive business to meet assigned portfolio targets.
- Maintain and expand customer databases.
- Organize professional meetings and marketing activities.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to grow the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
- Provide training and support to clients on product usage.
Job Requirements
Degree in Bachelor of Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent field.
Minimum 7 years working experience in medical sales related field.
Multi-lingual skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is an advantage.
Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
Responsive, self-motivated, committed and sales driven.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
