
The Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting sales and distribution efforts in assigned areas, focusing on achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with dealers and executing effective sales strategies.
To support Sales & Distribution on assigned areas with KPI on sales target. The role involves executing and monitoring the effectiveness of sales strategies, deepening dealer loyalty, ensuring proper knowledge and training on systems and products, and maintaining good discipline and performance. Additionally, the candidate will perform trade events and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.
At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field
Sales driven with good track record
Must possess own transport and willing to travel
Ability to build good rapport and trust with dealers
Knowledge of sales strategies and market intelligence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
