In this position, you will engage in daily sales activities, utilizing tools like Salesforce for effective sales management and analytics. You will analyze market trends and customer preferences to drive growth through comprehensive customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote consumables, services, and parts to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Utilize Salesforce for sales management and analytics.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences.
  • Drive growth through comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement.
  • Ensure timely payment collection according to credit guidelines.
  • Collaborate with service teams and equipment sales managers for customer solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure overall satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in selling consumables, services, and parts within the Printing or Graphic Arts industry.

Experience in using sales analytics tools such as CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Must be open to travel.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Preference for candidates currently residing in Penang.

Mandarin reading and writing capability.
