Job Description
As a Sales Executive at DOREMi Sound & Light Sdn Bhd, you will engage in daily financial management tasks and collaborate with various departments to enhance processes. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering financial insights and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Maintain the general ledger (G/L) and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departments to streamline financial processes.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
Job Requirements
Minimum education requirement: LCCI/Finance/Accountancy/Qualified ACCA or equivalent
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
