Job Description

In this role, you will engage with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be actively involved in the tender process, project proposals, and sales presentations while working closely with marketing and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Promote company products and solutions through client visits and industry events.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to secure project specifications.
  • Manage the entire tender process and prepare project proposals.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Report on market intelligence and sales forecasts to align strategies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of sales experience in chiller and/or HVAC systems.

Strong business development skills with proven ability to build client relationships.

Presentable, outgoing, and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple projects.
