
The Sales Manager (Chiller / HVAC Systems) is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business growth and satisfaction. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities within the HVAC and chiller systems market, promoting company products, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
In this role, you will engage with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be actively involved in the tender process, project proposals, and sales presentations while working closely with marketing and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in chiller and/or HVAC systems.
Strong business development skills with proven ability to build client relationships.
Presentable, outgoing, and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple projects.
