The Sales Manager role focuses on managing and expanding customer relationships in the HVAC and chiller systems market. The position involves business development through prospecting, stakeholder engagement, and representation at industry events, alongside managing project tenders and collaborating with internal teams.
The role involves maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business growth and satisfaction. The position requires identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling, focusing on emerging opportunities within the HVAC and chiller systems market. The candidate will promote company products and solutions through visits, stakeholder engagement, and participation in industry events, while collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients to secure project specifications and sales opportunities. Responsibilities also include managing the entire tender process, preparing project proposals and sales presentations, and working with marketing and product teams to align strategies and reporting on market intelligence and sales forecasts.
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in chiller and/or HVAC systems, preferably with manufacturers such as Daikin, Trane, York, Carrier, Smardt, or Dunham-Bush.
Strong business development skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Presentable, outgoing, and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
