Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 or 3 years in domestic sales and marketing, preferably in the education or service sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, sales plans, and promotional campaigns tailored to the Malaysian market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.
Deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to drive performance and optimize campaigns.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English.
