Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects. Consultative Selling Understand employer hiring challenges and pain points. Present Hiredly’s platform as a tailored solution. Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos to showcase value. Sales Execution & Targets Convert leads into paying customers. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas. Track activity and results accurately in the CRM system. Client Relationship Management Provide excellent service throughout the sales cycle. Coordinate with Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding. Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business. Collaboration & Growth Work closely with team members to share strategies and best practices. Learn from senior sales consultants and leadership to improve performance. Contribute ideas to improve the sales process and company growth.
