The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. The role requires proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations, with collaboration across analysts, admins, and other developers.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Apex programming language.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Ability to develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
Familiarity with customizing Salesforce standard and custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes.
Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.
Adherence to Salesforce development best practices, focusing on code quality, reusability, and scalability.
Skills in troubleshooting Salesforce functionality, performance, and data integrity issues.
Experience providing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and enhancements.
Participation in code reviews, unit testing, and Agile/Scrum sprint activities.
Commitment to staying current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
