Role Summary
The SAP ABAP Support & Development Specialist (Life Sciences) is responsible for providing daily support and development for SAP ABAP requirements within the Life Sciences account. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to address business needs and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage daily with the China AMS Support Team and work closely with various stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement new ABAP functionalities. You will be part of a dynamic environment that focuses on delivering high-quality support and development for the Life Sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for SAP ABAP requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP functionalities.
- Implement new ABAP functionalities as required.
- Engage with the China AMS Support Team for daily operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP support and development.
Strong expertise in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Experience with S/4 HANA.
Knowledge of CDS (Core Data Services).
Experience with Adobe Forms.
Experience with ODATA services.
Mandarin speaking ability is required.
