Job Description
The SAP Cutover Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing cutover activities during the global implementation of new systems. This role involves working closely with development and operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient deployments, developing detailed cutover checklists and project plans, and coordinating with project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover, and legacy business process transitions. The role requires excellent coordination skills and experience working with global teams and multiple delivery partners.
Job Requirements
Experience in release, cut-over, regression, and performance of enterprise applications.
Ability to work closely with development and operations teams to deliver accurate and efficient deployments.
Experience in monitoring at application and business process levels and translating key messages to IT and business communities.
Excellent coordination skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience working with global teams, various stakeholders, and multiple delivery partners.
Ability to develop detailed cutover checklists and project plans.
Experience managing cutover and conversion deliverables related to new systems.
Ability to plan physical resources required for cutover activities.
Experience providing cutover status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate all release planning activities as a single point of contact with workstream and sub-workstream leads.
Experience in governance structure, stand-up, planning, and execution of cutover activities.
