Job Description
This role is focused on the technical development and consultancy of SAP solutions during the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The position involves hands-on development, architecture, and technical consultancy for implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) applications, specifically utilizing the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) and SAP Fiori to develop cloud-native solutions. The role also requires participation in solution design, integration projects, performance optimization, agile development practices, and mentoring junior team members.
Job Requirements
8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP development with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and CAPM.
Proven experience in consulting and managing SAP development teams throughout full lifecycle projects.
4-5 years of experience developing cloud-native applications using SAP BTP, CAPM, SAP Fiori/UI5, and related tools.
Expertise in SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud SDK for scalable application development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Highly desirable SAP certifications related to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, or SAP Development (CAPM, SAP Fiori, ABAP).
Strong hands-on experience in custom development, extensions, and performance optimization for SAP S/4HANA.
Proficiency in SAP BTP including CAPM, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP HANA Cloud.
Skills in ABAP, JavaScript, Node.js, and related development languages for cloud applications.
Experience designing and implementing integrations using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and middleware tools.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Preferred experience in aviation or travel industry and knowledge of SAP BTP services like SAP Analytics Cloud and AI/ML capabilities.
Understanding of modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure automation.
