The SAP Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project activities, collaborating closely with the bank's IT and business teams. This position requires a proactive approach to managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning for upgrading SAP ECC 6.0 from EHP5 to EHP8.
- Coordinate the upgrade of servers' operating systems and databases from on-premise to a cloud platform.
- Manage multiple source system integrations for the bank.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure project alignment with governance and security standards.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Ensure project delivery meets regulatory standards and business goals.
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of SAP project management experience.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Strong understanding of SAP ECC6 architecture and migration paths.
Experience in technical refresh projects and cloud platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Prior experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage.
