Job Description
The SAP QA Consultant role is based in the UAE and involves supporting a transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA with integration of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The consultant will drive the testing strategy and execution for all SAP S/4HANA applications, SAP BTP services, and custom developments, ensuring functional and technical testing across various SAP modules to meet business needs and technical requirements. This includes collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, leading the testing lifecycle, and ensuring high-quality implementation.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP testing, with at least 5 years focused on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP applications.
Experience in leading testing teams and managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations.
Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional modules such as Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain, as well as SAP BTP services.
Expertise in manual and automated testing practices for SAP solutions, including tools like SAP Solution Manager and Selenium.
Experience with integration testing between SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud applications, or testing methodologies like ISTQB.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules, including SAP BTP services and SAP Fiori apps.
Proficiency in SAP testing tools such as SAP Solution Manager, eCATT, and other test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with performance testing tools and frameworks for SAP applications, like LoadRunner or JMeter.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies for SAP testing.
Capacity to develop and execute test scripts and cases, and manage test environments in complex projects.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
