Role Summary
The SAP Quality Engineer (Tester) is responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of software through rigorous testing. This role involves both automated and manual testing in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will work independently while also contributing as a Subject Matter Expert in software testing. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, execute tests, and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Katalon, and TOSCA.
- Execute and analyze automated test results to report defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter.
- Perform security testing using tools such as OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
- Execute manual testing to ensure comprehensive coverage in a hybrid testing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Knowledge of performance and security testing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
