The SAP Quality Engineer (Tester) role involves working independently and contributing as a Subject Matter Expert in software testing. The role includes designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Katalon, and TOSCA, as well as executing and analyzing test results to report defects and performance issues. The position requires integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and conducting performance and security testing using tools like JMeter, OWASP ZAP, and Burp Suite. The candidate will also perform manual testing to ensure comprehensive coverage in a hybrid testing environment.
Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Katalon, and/or TOSCA.
Experience in executing and analyzing automated test results and reporting defects and performance bottlenecks.
Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Exposure to performance testing using tools like JMeter.
Exposure to security testing using tools such as OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
Ability to perform manual testing when required.
Capability to work effectively in a hybrid testing environment balancing automation and manual testing efforts.
