Role Summary

The SAP Sales Distribution (SD) - Central Key User APAC is responsible for supporting customer-facing sales functions within the Continental Tire Division. This role acts as a central key user and business consultant, linking business operations and IT systems while facilitating the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve collaboration with various teams to enhance sales operations and support the implementation of SAP solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes international collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central key user for the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module.
  • Support global sales operations and facilitate the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with business operations and IT teams to optimize processes.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales-related business processes and Order-to-Cash workflows.
  • Participate in major projects and contribute to project management efforts.
  • Utilize business analytics tools to enhance data workflows and automation.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.

Fluent in English; a second language is a strong advantage.

Several years of experience in sales, sales-related, or sales-supporting functions.

Hands-on experience with SAP SD preferred.

Proven participation in major projects and initial experience in project management.
