Role Summary
The SAP SD - SME/Experience Architect is responsible for leveraging extensive expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and the Order to Cash process. This role significantly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations within industries such as Manufacturing and Oil & Gas.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve leading functional teams, conducting workshops, and analyzing client inputs to drive process improvements. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions are designed and validated according to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and lead process functional team members.
- Analyze client inputs and prepare workshop content.
- Conduct workshops to assess functional change impacts.
- Drive process confirmation workshops and capture fit-to-standard decisions.
- Develop functional deliverables and update process documentation.
- Design solutions and validate designs based on business requirements.
- Perform configuration and custom development activities.
- Support cutover and training activities, providing knowledge transfer to support teams.
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Order to Cash process.
Experience in Manufacturing industry and/or Oil & Gas industry.
Ability to lead functional process teams and conduct workshops.
Skilled in analyzing client-provided materials and preparing workshop content.
