
The Security/Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property and its guests. This role involves active monitoring, emergency response, and compliance with safety standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.
In this role, you will patrol all areas of the property, assist guests with room access, and monitor security systems including CCTV and alarms. You will conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, and investigations while ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of reports and information.
Willingness to follow company policies and procedures, including safety training and certifications.
