The Security/Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for patrolling the hotel property, ensuring the safety of guests and staff, and monitoring security systems. The Security/Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for patrolling all areas of the property, securing rooms, assisting guests with room access, and monitoring security systems including CCTV and alarms. This role involves conducting emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and audits, as well as responding to emergencies, administering first aid/CPR, and handling disturbances according to company policies. The supervisor also ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws, trains and motivates employees, maintains confidentiality, and provides support in maintaining safety and quality standards.
