Job Description
As a Senior Automation Tester, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, and end-to-end quality engineering function. You will apply quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing, act as a subject matter expert in automation testing, and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to ensure effective team performance. You will make key decisions influencing multiple teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing objectives and deliverables, analyze testing results for continuous improvement, and evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency.
