This role is a Senior Channel Manager responsible for selling products and building strong customer relationships. The position requires strategic thinking, independent work, and influencing major projects within a dynamic environment.
This role involves promoting and selling a portfolio of technical and non-technical products, services, and solutions directly to both existing and new customers. The position requires building and maintaining long-term relationships with an assigned group of customer accounts, which may include major strategic customers in a specific geographic or industry area. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities, creating demand by increasing the visibility of the organization's products and services, and achieving revenue targets by increasing spending per account. The individual may also conduct strategy meetings with senior customer management to align customer needs with organizational product or service strategies. The position is that of a seasoned professional individual contributor who works independently with limited supervision. Responsibilities include managing projects and processes, coaching and reviewing lower level professionals' work, solving difficult and complex problems, and influencing policies, practices, and procedures. The individual provides solutions to complex technical and business matters, leads significant projects or programs with creativity and ingenuity, and may assist junior staff. The role serves as a leader within their work group, specializing in technical or business skills, and demonstrates a strong customer focus to cultivate lasting customer relationships. A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required, with a minimum of five years in a functional role, including at least three years of specific experience, and the ability to contribute significantly to processes and systems.
Four year college degree or additional relevant experience in a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience is required.
Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems is required.
