As a Senior Cook in Dietetics & Food Services, you will prepare and cook meals according to standard recipes and dietary requirements. Your role includes planning cooking schedules, ensuring food presentation meets hospital standards, and coordinating with Diet Aides for smooth workflow. You will also assist in menu planning and comply with food safety standards while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospital, hotel, or institutional kitchen
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO)
Ability to prepare meals efficiently while ensuring taste and presentation
Skilled in cooking a variety of dishes and cuisines
Strong understanding of hygiene standards and safe food handling practices
Ability to follow schedules and deliver meals on time
Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively
