The Senior Developer (L3) - Core Banking is responsible for managing and resolving complex production issues within the Silverlake Core Banking environment. This role requires a high level of expertise in incident resolution and technical troubleshooting across various banking modules, ensuring system stability and compliance.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day management of production issues, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure the smooth operation of core banking systems. You will be part of a dynamic environment that prioritizes technical excellence and compliance with service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve complex production issues within the Silverlake Core Banking environment.
• Provide L3 support and coordinate with L1/L2 support teams for issue resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Develop code fixes and perform controlled deployments on the AS400 platform.
• Document issue resolutions and update knowledge bases.
• Ensure compliance with audits and reviews.
• Maintain system stability and meet service-level agreements.
