Role Summary
The Senior Developer (L3) - Core Banking is responsible for managing and resolving complex production issues within the Silverlake Core Banking environment. This role requires a high level of expertise in incident resolution and technical troubleshooting across various banking modules, ensuring system stability and compliance.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day management of production issues, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure the smooth operation of core banking systems. You will be part of a dynamic environment that prioritizes technical excellence and compliance with service-level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex production issues within the Silverlake Core Banking environment.
- Provide L3 support and coordinate with L1/L2 support teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Develop code fixes and perform controlled deployments on the AS400 platform.
- Document issue resolutions and update knowledge bases.
- Ensure compliance with audits and reviews.
- Maintain system stability and meet service-level agreements.
Job Requirements
6-9 years of experience in Core Banking support and development.
Strong expertise in RPG and COBOL programming on AS400.
Knowledge of DB2 database management and query optimization.
Familiarity with production support tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
Experience with Silverlake Core Banking modules and data structures.
